This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Shield X Safety (“we”, “us”, “our”).


1. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on the nature of the product, including but not limited to size, weight, and packaging requirements, as well as the delivery location.

  • Certain products are eligible for free standard shipping, which will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.

  • Products that are bulky, heavy, or oversized may incur additional shipping charges.

  • All applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.


2. Free Shipping

Free shipping applies only to selected products and only to standard shipping within Australia, unless expressly stated otherwise. Free shipping does not apply to express shipping services.


3. Express Shipping

Express shipping is available on selected products and to selected locations for an additional fee.

  • Express shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery timeframes for express shipping are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


4. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days following receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


5. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference purposes only and commence once the order has been dispatched.

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.


6. Delivery Area

We currently ship within Australia only. Delivery times may vary between metropolitan and regional locations.


7. Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched. The customer is responsible for monitoring delivery using the tracking details supplied.


8. Risk and Responsibility

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address. Shield X Safety is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier services.


9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery address details are accurate and complete at the time of order.

  • Additional fees may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Shield X Safety is not liable for delays or losses arising from address errors provided by the customer.


10. Changes to This Policy

Shield X Safety reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
